Shipping charges of all our products will be calculated at checkout
We shall dispatch orders within 7 business days of order placement and all shipping times are estimated in good faith to be anywhere between 3-12 business days depending on the location to be shipped in India.
In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.
We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Ackerlandgroup.com is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Ackerlandgroup.com. We shall endeavour to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.
In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of Ackerlandgroup.com, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, We shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.
Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. In case your credit card/debit card/bank account was already charged for the order, we shall process the refund immediately following cancellation of order, subject to deductions for any banking transaction charges incurred by us pursuant to your order and its cancellation.
Returns
We work on a no return and refund policy for all items.
If the product is received in a damaged state and the same is brought to our notice within 48 hours, along with supporting images of the damaged product, we will be able to return or exchange the product.
After 48 hours has passed, we won’t be able to return or exchange the same.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with a receipt or proof of purchase. A reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.
Please note: You cannot cancel products you’ve bought during a sale.

Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are received in a damaged state. We will accept the exchange if it is intimated to us within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@Sashakraft.com and a reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.
